Brand and design standard

How MrBuildWealth looks, sounds and behaves.

The app talks like somebody who runs a business, to somebody who runs a business. Short sentences. No exclamation marks. It never celebrates, and it never apologises for existing.

Voice

  • Say what happened, not what the system did
  • Name the next move
  • A control says exactly what it does
  • Never report on a teammate
  • Empty means finished, not broken

What we call things

Lab
One piece of work with its own conversation, money, files and people. Never called a project in the interface.
Blackboard
Where leads move before they are work. Columns are labels, and a label carries its own billing and milestone rules.
Command
The dashboard. It answers "what needs me first", and every figure on it opens the thing it names.
Aiva
The AI employee. Always spelled Aiva, never AIVA — capitals stop a name reading as a person. Her mark is the ✦ in brand orange.
Knight
What Cmd-K summons. Search, find and do are one continuum; it has no modes.
Quest
Several writes approved as a single decision. It is undone as a single decision too.
Mission
A job handed to Aiva that runs while you do something else.
Panel
What the rail opens.
Slide
What a Panel opens out of itself. Every Panel may have one.
Drawer
An overlay that never compresses what is behind it.
The Page
The bat signal a client sends, and the promise that comes back.

The story we tell

One person running a business ends up being six people badly. The work happens in a chat app, the money in a spreadsheet, the files in an inbox, and the only thing holding it together is somebody remembering.

Put the whole business in one place, and give it staff. Not a CRM with an assistant bolted on — an operating system where the AI is an employee with a name, a scope and an audit trail.

When you need another you, that's me. Not a tool that helps you work. Something that does the work, tells you what it did, and lets you take it back.

The owner who brings every lead personally and does not want a team of ten. The team helps execute. The owner stays the business.

Tone

The voice never changes. The tone adapts to what has just happened to the person reading. This app is where somebody finds out a payment failed, a deadline moved, or a client went quiet — so the same sentence pitched wrong is the difference between useful and infuriating.
