Better decisions. Real execution.

When you need another you, that's me.

You have never had more information, more tools, or more ways to build something. What is scarce now is knowing what to do with all of it. I help entrepreneurs make better decisions and get things done: deciding what deserves your attention, then using my team, my network, Aiva, and BuildWealthOS to move it.

No equity · Nothing to download · A direct line

One person who knows your whole situation, tells you the truth, and moves what is next.

Someone who reads the pressure, puts the work with the right person or tool, and keeps the record straight while you lead. All of it runs in your private Lab, the place you can open at 11pm and see exactly where things stand.

Private. Direct. Built around finished work.

What to expect

You stop being the follow-up

The chase, the reminder, and the "any update?" come off your list.

Decisions get a second read

Before the money, the hire, or the yes is already committed.

One place for the work

Tasks, money, files, and people, together in your Lab.

Nothing becomes content

Your business is not my case study. No posts, no spotlight.

Confirm the problem. Get a clean read. Put the right help on it. Finish, then learn.

  1. Start with what is real

Not the symptom you walked in with. The thing underneath it. We confirm the problem before anything moves or costs you money.

  2. Get a clean read

What deserves attention now, what can wait, and what you should leave alone. Said plainly, even when it is not what you hoped to hear.

  3. Put the right help on it

You, me, my team, a specialist, a piece of software, or Aiva. Whoever actually moves it, brought in without you managing the handoff.

  4. Finish, then learn

Clear checks, a clean record, and a result you can point at. What it taught us goes into the next decision.

One company, going deep. Or five, kept moving. Carried the same way.

What gets carried does not change with how many businesses you run. Your Lab keeps the context either way.

The retained relationship · One company, going deep, or five ventures, kept moving.

  • Priorities & follow-through
  • Research & analysis
  • Systems & process improvement
  • Vendor & resource coordination
  • One read across everything you carry
  • Advisory & decision support, on your terms

What this relationship is, and is not.

The retained relationship

What it is:

  • Moving specific work forward
  • A second read before money moves
  • One set of priorities, whether that is one company or five
  • A step ahead of the next decision

What it is not:

  • Replacing your leadership
  • Taking over a long-term operating role
  • Personal assistance or household errands
  • Legal, tax, or financial advice

Use technology where it works best. Keep people where they matter most.

The parts of the work a machine does well, a machine does: the comparing, the drafting, the sorting, the reminding. The parts that need a person get one: the call, the conversation, the thing that goes out in your name.

Project management

Every task and milestone, visible instead of buried in a group chat.

Money & budgets

Milestone budgets and a running total, so you always know where things stand.

Docs & files

The signed scope, the quote, the lease. One place, no old email threads.

Vendor & talent network

People already vetted, so you are not starting the search from a blank page.

Aiva

Drafts, compares, flags, and reminds. Says when she is waiting on approval.

Direct line

Message me from your Lab. No inbox, no forwarding, no losing the thread.

In his own words

You are not giving up equity. You are getting another you.

The work gets clear, the people get aligned, the money has to make sense, and the result has to land. You hear the truth about all four from someone close enough to the work to know it.

Common questions.

What does the first month actually look like?
A first conversation, then the relationship and the scope agreed in writing. Your Lab opens with the work already in it: the priorities we set, the people involved, the dates. Within the first two weeks, something you used to carry stops being yours to chase.
Who am I actually dealing with?
Me, directly, and the team and network behind me when the work needs them. You are not handed to an account manager. When somebody else does a piece of it, you know who, and why.
How is this different from a consultant, a coach, or hiring someone?
A consultant hands you a plan. A coach stays in conversation. An employee needs hiring, training, and managing before any of it moves. I already carry the team, the network, and the experience. You do not manage me. You call me.
Why is this not just a chatbot and a good assistant?
A tool does not decide, represent you, or carry the consequences. The person is for the part that has your name on it.
What does it cost?
Retainers are monthly and sized to the access and the responsibility being carried. Projects and Events are quoted on their own, with preferred pricing if you are retained. Tasks come in blocks. The first conversation puts a number on it before anything starts.
How much time does this take from me, and what happens as things change?
Less time than managing it yourself. You set the priority and make the calls only you can make; I carry the movement and the follow-up. What you are running is not locked in. As it shifts, the relationship shifts with it.
Who is this not right for?
This works when you already have a business, or several, to run and want another person carrying it with you. It is not built for a single errand or for finding the cheapest possible help.
How do I actually start, and what happens after?
Pick a time. If it is a fit, we agree on the relationship and the scope in writing. If it is not, I will tell you plainly, and you will still leave with a clearer read than you came in with.

One conversation, and you know where you stand.

One conversation on what is actually going on: the pressure, the people, the money, the timing. No pitch and no application. You leave knowing whether this should exist, and so do I.

A real time

Phone, video, or in person. Twenty, thirty, or forty-five minutes.

You talk, I ask

Start anywhere. I will ask what I need to.

Stays between us

What we discuss does not leave the room.
